Mr. Piscione has over 32 years of hands-on experience in the construction of institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities.  He has a strong structural and foundations background, which enables him to successfully complete often times complex new construction and renovation projects.

 

Mr. Piscione oversees all office and field operations including corporate finances, personnel management and business development.  He works closely with clients and architects to ensure satisfaction throughout the entire construction process.  Mr. Piscione closely manages all field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to guarantee that all projects are completed on time and in accordance with the most impeccable standards of excellence.

 

Mr. Piscione’s leadership along with carefully selected key managerial and field personnel, sophisticated computerized construction management and accounting systems, and a reservoir of satisfied clients have all contributed to Foremost Contracting’s continued growth and profitability.

 

Mr. Piscione was inducted into the 2004-05 Strathmore’s Who’s Who in America for his expertise in the field of commercial design and construction.
